Haz n\u00fameros en nuestra calculadora para saber de qu\u00e9 cantidad te corresponde.\n<h2><span style=\"color: #f07646;\">Nueva normativa sobre Tarjetas Revolving en 2021<\/span><\/h2>\nEl 2 de enero de 2021 entraba en vigor la nueva normativa sobre tarjetas revolving. La finalidad de la orden ministerial es dar mayor claridad y transparencia a la comercializaci\u00f3n de este tipo de productos financieros. Por ello se exige a las entidades bancarias un estudio previo de solvencia y la obligaci\u00f3n de dar informaci\u00f3n no s\u00f3lo precontractual (contratos formalizados tras la entrada en vigor) sino tambi\u00e9n informaci\u00f3n peri\u00f3dica trimestral y adicional, esto \u00faltimo tambi\u00e9n se aplicar\u00e1 a los contratos formalizados antes del 2 de enero.\n\nLas entidades financieras siguen incumpliendo en su mayor\u00eda. Desde que entr\u00f3 en vigor deben cumplir con estos requisitos pero los contratos firmados con anterioridad mantendr\u00e1n los intereses desproporcionados, la \u00fanica manera de deshacerte de la deuda perpetua que ocasionan es anulando el contrato.\n<h2><span style=\"color: #f07646;\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 son las tarjetas revolving?<\/span><\/h2>\nLas tarjetas revolving son un tipo de tarjeta de cr\u00e9dito, cuya particularidad es que las compras, disposiciones en efectivo, etc. que se realicen con la misma y dentro de un l\u00edmite de cr\u00e9dito, se pagan a plazos. La principal \u201cventaja\u201d de este tipo de tarjetas, aparentemente, es que t\u00fa decides cu\u00e1nto quieres abonar peri\u00f3dicamente. Por lo general pagas una cuota fija cada mes, que suele y puede ser baja, o un porcentaje de la deuda pendiente.\n<h3><span style=\"color: #f07646;\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 intereses tienen y c\u00f3mo funcionan las tarjetas revolving?<\/span><\/h3>\nLa realidad es que las tarjetas revolving funcionan como un microcr\u00e9dito o una l\u00ednea de cr\u00e9dito, y aplican unos intereses abusivos entre el 20 y el 30% (mucho m\u00e1s altos que los registrados por el Banco de Espa\u00f1a para cr\u00e9ditos personales); pagando cuotas mensuales bajas y con unos intereses tan altos, la deuda se alarga indefinidamente. Por una compra de 900\u20ac puedes acabar pagando 2.900\u20ac.\n<h3><span style=\"color: #f07646;\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo s\u00e9 si mi tarjeta es revolving?<\/span><\/h3>\nPara confirmar si tu tarjeta es revolving, tienes que acudir a los recibos mensuales y buscar el tipo de inter\u00e9s (T.A.E. o Tasa Anual Equivalente) que el banco nos aplica. Si el\u00a0T.A.E. es superior al 20%, es\u00a0una tarjeta revolving.\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #f07646;\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 se puede reclamar de las tarjetas revolving?<\/span><\/h2>\nPuedes reclamar la nulidad del contrato de este tipo de tarjetas de cr\u00e9dito y la devoluci\u00f3n del exceso de intereses pagados. Si quieres saber c\u00f3mo reclamar, depender\u00e1 de que te veas en una u otra de estas dos situaciones:\n<ul>\n \t<li>Si el dinero pagado es m\u00e1s de lo prestado: Puedes reclamar judicialmente la nulidad del contrato y el exceso de capital m\u00e1s los intereses, el seguro y comisiones que te hayan cobrado.<\/li>\n \t<li>Si todav\u00eda no has pagado lo prestado: Puedes reclamar judicialmente la nulidad del contrato de la tarjeta de cr\u00e9dito y la devoluci\u00f3n de los intereses, el seguro y las comisiones; y abonar a las entidades financieras el capital prestado que te
